Joel BAFUMBA Liseli received his engineering degree in Mechatronics from the Engineering School of São Carlos (Escola de Engenharia de São Carlos in Portuguese) of the Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil in 2014 and his Master of Science (M.Sc ) in Robotics and advanced Systems at the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Sorbonne University) in 2016.

Currently he is a PHD student in control systems and signal processing at the department AS2M (Automatic Control and Micro-Mechatronic Systems) of the FEMTO-ST Institute in Besançon (France) under the supervision of Micky RAKOTONDRABE, Philippe LUTZ and Joël AGNUS.

The research associated with his doctoral thesis focuses on the design and control of piezoelectric positioning systems, with high resolution, multi-degrees of freedom and an embedded measurement with its proprioceptive sensing capabilities "self-sensing".

His research interests focus on the multivariable modeling and control of nonlinearity phenomenons (hysteresis, creep, oscillations) and the effects of temperature on the piezoelectric actuators by taking advantage of self-sensing (property of the materials allowing them to operate as a sensor and actuator simultaneously in a closed loop system).

You can find here my publication list. If you want to obtain a copy of one of them and you can not obtain it otherwise, please contact me
