Call for papers

Topics of the workshop are centered on pMUTs and CMUTs:

• Concepts and fundamentals
• Technologies
• Processing, fabrication and material issues
• Electronics interfacing and packaging
• Modeling: nonlinearities, FEM simulation, cross-talk
• Characterization
• Applications

Abstracts are to be sent by e-mail to : mut2009@femto-st.fr

No paper submission is expected.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Workshop Abstract Booklet distributed to the participants on the 28th of May.
Proceedings will include the presentation files and will be downloadable from FEMTO-ST website after the conference.


Important dates:

Deadline for abstract submission: March 16th

Notification of acceptance: April 8th

Presentation files submission: May 28th
