Belal Ahmad received his MSc and Ph.D. in engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology in 2015 and 2019. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the AS2M department in FEMTO-ST. He received the best thesis award for his MS degree and the best oral presentation award at the 3rd International Conference on Computational Methods in Engineering and Health Sciences (ICCMEH2016). He is currently working on the design and control of microrobots for biological cell manipulation. His main research interests are robotic systems integration, microrobotics and micromanipulation, high-speed tracking, and investigating the dynamics of living organisms.
