FEMTO-ST dans le classement des meilleurs laboratoires français de l’EXPRESS

Dans son édition du 12 juin 2008, L'hebdomadaire l’EXPRESS révèle la liste des meilleurs laboratoires universitaires de recherche évalués par l’ancienne MSTP (mission scientifique, technique et pédagogique) du ministère de l’enseignement supérieur. Fournie par l’Institut Montaigne, cette liste donne les 414 unités où la recherche est jugée « d’excellence », notée A(plus) par les experts. Les labos y sont classés par discipline de recherche.

Notre institut de recherche FEMTO-ST (Franche-Comté Electronique, Mécanique, Thermique et Optique – Sciences et Technologies) est mis en avant dans ce classement et figure parmi la liste des 26 laboratoires répertoriés dans la catégorie « sciences pour l’ingénieur ».

A noter d'ailleurs la mention spéciale faite dans l'article à l'optique bisontine citée comme un des rares exemples permettant de faire émerger du lot des universités de province considérées comme "petites et moins connues".
