<p>Francisco Ortiz received the B.Eng. degree in mechanical engineering and an M.S. degree in engineering from Balseiro Institute, Argentina, in 2019 and 2021. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree in Robotics at UBFC, France, and is a member of the Automatic Control and Micro-Mechatronic Systems Department of the FEMTO-ST Institute, Besancon, France. His main research interests are microrobotics and surface tension force-based actuation.</p>
