JNTE 2022 : French symposium on Emerging Technologies for Micro-Nanofabrication / Micro-Nanotechnology School

The symposium from 28 November to 2 December will focus on emerging technologies for micro-nanofabrication, from fundamentals to complex integration techniques. It represents a unique opportunity :

• to gather the scientific community involved in micro-nanotechnology, process engineering, physics and modeling of fabrication processes,
• to enhance the diffusion of new results and ideas among the main actors, bringing new fabrication concepts to other disciplines,
• to create a continuity of expertise from fundamental studies on materials, new processing techniques, or modeling, to applied research on process engineering (integration of technologies, development of new micro-nanodevices, etc.),
• to reinforce the interactions between the main actors of micro-nanotechnology integration (national, or proximity technology platforms, etc.), and between these actors and the scientific community involved in the development of specific processing techniques or characterization tools at a more fundamental stage.

Micro-nanotechnology School : November, 28-29

Lectures will take place in the main building of FEMTO-ST located 15B avenue des Montboucons in Besançon (https://goo.gl/maps/8ARwv4DUfzH2) and practical works in the MIMENTO clean room (18 rue Alain Savary, https://goo.gl/maps/N2MiEB4Y9uJ2).

JNTE 2022 conference : November, 30 and December 1,2

The local venue is the École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques (ENSMM, newly named SupMicrotech) located 26 Rue de l'Épitaphe (https://goo.gl/maps/yiW5WPp7nYVxnGKP8). Presentations will be given in « Amphithéatre Emilie du Chatelet », right after the main entrance.

Note that all these places are located on the Bouloie campus of the University and easily accessible within walking distance.
