Screening of the film “Picture a scientist”

As part of FEMTO-ST's 20th anniversary celebrations on the theme of “Women in science”, “equality and diversity”, the Women Chapter group invites you to a screening of the documentary “Picture a scientist”. It tackles the essential subject of gender inequality in professional scientific careers.

Synopsis: In this documentary, leading scientists talk about the experiences they have faced and the new perspectives on how to make science itself more diverse, equitable and open to all.

This session is scheduled for Thursday, October 24 from :

• 4 to 6 pm at the Amphithéâtre J.J Gagnepain, Bâtiment TEMIS, 15b, Avenue des Montboucons, Besançon.
• 5 - 7 pm at UT Nord Franche-Comté Amphi 3 (site Techn'Hom 19 avenue du Maréchal Juin 90000) Belfort
  
• The documentary is in English with French subtitles. The screening is organized in parallel at FEMTO in Belfort.
