TEACHING ACTIVITIES 

The ideal candidate will combine the following strengths:
- Recognised expertise in structural dynamics, with a forward-looking vision of industrial and scientific challenges, including the development of emerging digital technologies.
- Experience in educational management and in coordinating diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- A keen awareness of the challenges of educational innovation, as well as the links between training, research and the professional world.
- A desire to systematically promote the results of scientific and technological research by strengthening the alignment between master's programmes and the research areas of the local ecosystem, in particular those of the Applied Mechanics department at FEMTO-ST

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Conduct and lead research activities in the field of structural dynamics;
• Participate in structuring and conducting the research activities of the D-SMART team (supervising doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers and interns);
• Contribute to setting up and managing large-scale collaborative projects (national and international);
• Develop academic collaborations in line with the department's research areas, and industrial collaborations, particularly with the regional, national and international industrial fabric closely linked to the discipline;
• Produce high-level scientific results, promoted through publications in peer-reviewed international journals;
• Be involved in the scientific and collective life of the FEMTO-ST institute, whose specific characteristics strongly encourage multidisciplinary interactions, particularly for product design activities.
