4M conference 2010

Co-organized by FEMTO-ST, 4 M conference will take place in Oyonnax (France) from November 17th to 19th. Dedicated to experts from industry and academia, the main goal of this forum is to present the latest advances in developing new processes and process chains for multi-material micro manufacture and their applications in microsystems-based products.
