Amar Nath Ghosh won the Best student paper award of the OSA Advanced Photonics Congress , Zurich.

He's awarded in the SOF "specialty optical fibers" category  for his paper titled "Supercontinuum Generation in Suspended-Core Heavy-Metal Oxide Glass Photonic Crystal Fibers"
