4M conference 2010

Co-organisée par FEMTO-ST, la conférence 4 M 2010 sera organisée à Oyonnax du 17 au 19 novembre prochain. Destiné aux experts académiques et industriels, ce forum a pour objectif de présenter les dernières avancées dans le développement de procédés ou chaines de procédés sur la microfabrication multimatériaux et leurs applications dans les microsystèmes.
