Partenariat pour l’instrumentation en diagnostic

Au travers de la plateforme protéomique CLIPP, L’institut FEMTO-ST, l’IFR100 (Dijon) et la société Horiba Jobin Yvon (membre du groupe HORIBA Scientific) ont engagé depuis le 1er mars 2010 un partenariat de recherche et développement pour la mise en place d’une plateforme d’analyse unique, basée sur le couplage de l’imagerie de résonance plasmonique avec la spectrométrie de masse (SPRi-MS).

Cette plateforme d’instrumentation, qui combine à la fois détection multiple sur puce et identification des cibles biologiques, est un verrou majeur pour le diagnostic précoce de pathologies humaines et le suivi thérapeutique personnalisé au travers d’un panel de biomarqueurs.

De ce partenariat stratégique, concrétisé notamment par un contrat CIFRE, sont attendus des ruptures technologiques basées sur les nano/microtechnologies adaptées aux biopuces, l’automatisation des analyses MS sur puce et la mise au point d’outils biostatisques dédiés à cette plateforme.
