HAPTIQUE : 1er Forum international sur les propriétés sensorielles et tactiles des matériaux

Les 29 et 30 octobre 2013 se tiendra, dans les locaux de l’ENSMM, le premier forum international Haptique. Organisé par le département Mécanique Appliquée de l'institut FEMTO-ST en partenariat avec l'entreprise allemande Ziegler-Instruments GmbH, il a pour objectif de faire le point sur les propriétés sensorielles et tactiles des matériaux.

Il reste en effet un large éventail de questions en matière de perceptions, à savoir par exemples : Quelles sont les relations entre les perceptions et les propriétés des matériaux ? ou encore, comment peut-on qualifier puis quantifier des sensations ?

Venant de France et d’Europe, des intervenants aborderont, au cours de leurs présentations, une grande diversité de matériaux tels les polymères, le cuir, le textile, etc., ainsi que des applications dans des domaines tels que l’automobile, l’industrie du luxe, etc.

Ils y évoqueront les dernières avancées en termes de qualification, quantification et reproduction des caractéristiques sensorielles générées par le contact tactile avec une surface.

Ainsi, ce forum donnera à tous les participants l’occasion d’échanger sur leurs questionnements quant à la sensation procurée lorsque nos sens, et plus spécifiquement le toucher, rentrent en contact avec la surface d’un objet, mais également l’aspect que celle-ci donne à percevoir.

Ce Forum s’adresse entre autres aux PMEs régionales, nombreuses dans les domaines de l’horlogerie, de la joaillerie, de la bijouterie, ou de la maroquinerie, ainsi qu’aux industriels des secteurs d’activités tels que l’automobile où le contact avec les objets est un facteur de différenciation.
