FEMTO Engineering partenaire du Carnot Télécom & Société numérique

L’institut Carnot Télécom & Société numérique propose une recherche de pointe et des solutions intégrées à des problématiques technologiques complexes induites par les transformations numérique, énergétique-écologique et industrielle du tissu productif français.
Il se concentre sur les implications techniques, économiques et sociales de la transition numérique, notamment sur les problématiques d’objets communicants, de réseaux et de médias du futur, d’usages et de services, d’autonomie et de santé des personnes, d’environnement ou encore de sécurité.

Labellisé en 2006 puis renouvelé en 2011 et 2016, l’institut Carnot Télécom & Société numérique est une référence en Sciences et technologies de l’information et de la communication (STIC). Il est composé de 31 laboratoires de recherche et associe le centre de développement technologique FEMTO Engineering.

Ce rapprochement avec l'institut Mines-Telecom permettra notamment de développer des collaborations s'appuyant sur les plateformes technologiques de FEMTO-ST et plus particulièrement sur la centrale de technologie "MIMENTO" pour la réalisation de composants innovants, notamment dans les domaines des télécommunications et de l'énergie.

    Within the framework of Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic and  following the measures announced by the President of the French Republic,  all the premises of our laboratory in Besançon, Belfort and Montbéliard cities are closed to the public from this Tuesday March 17.
