Jean-Antoine Seon : awarded with the 2nd national PHD prize in robotics
Jean Antoine was distinguished on November 22th at the CNRS headquarters for his pioneer international work on a micro robotic dextral hand.
Doctor from the University of Burgundy-Franche-Comté, he defended his PhD at FEMTO-ST Institute in 2017 where he invented new methods of planning the fingers of the micro-hand in order to perform reversals of miniature objects of a few hundreds of micrometers . Currently in post-doc position in Finland, he plans to return back to France to begin an academic career.
