MICRONORA : Un micron d’or et un prix spécial du jury pour FEMTO-ST

Deux réalisations microtechniques innovantes présentées par FEMTO-ST ont été récompensées lors de cette 18ème édition du salon Micronora en présence de Christian Estrosi, Ministre de l’industrie.

Micron d’or attribué à François Courvoisier (Département Optique – équipe optoélectronique) pour le développement d’un faisceau micro aiguille permettant de créer dans des matériaux tels que le verre des nanocanaux de profondeur 100 fois leur diamètre avec une seule impulsion par laser femtoseconde.

Mention spéciale du jury remise à Reda Yahiaoui (Département MNS2) pour la réalisation (en collaboration avec le Département AS2M) d’un micro convoyeur de technologie microfluidique permettant, par lévitation et grâce à des jets d’air inclinés, le déplacement, le positionnement et le tri de micro pièces à l’échelle mésoscopique.
