Participez au IEEE VTS Motor Vehicles Challenge 2017

Le IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, la fédération de recherche FCLAB, l'Institut FEMTO-ST, l'UQTR, le laboratoire L2EP et le réseau français MEGEVH lancent le IEEE VTS Motor Vehicles Challenge 2017.

Le challenge est une compétition internationale basée sur de la simulation. Pour cela, un modèle Matlab/Simulink complet d'un véhicule électrique hybride avec ses lois de contrôle est fourni aux participants. L'objectif des équipes est de déterminer la meilleure gestion d'énergie entre les différentes sources d'énergie (pile à combustible et batteries) du véhicule qui permettra de minimiser le coût de fonctionnement. Le score sera calculé en fonction de la consommation d'hydrogène sur un parcours défini mais également en fonction de la dégradation des sources d'énergie.

La compétition est ouverte aux étudiants, académiques et industriels. Le vainqueur se verra attribuer un prix de 3 000 US$ pour participer à la conférence internationale VPPC 2017 qui se déroulera à Belfort en décembre 2017. Le second prix s'élève à 1 500 US$.
