Nonlinear Optics and Supercontinuum Symposium

La journée "Nonlinear Optics and Supercontinuum Symposium" aura lieu le 20 septembre 2013 à Besançon(amphi FEMTO-ST) avec la présence du Pr Chinlon Lin.

L'année 2013 représente le 40ème anniversaire de la découverte de l'auto-modulation de phase dans les fibres de silice et nous proposons un riche programme d'orateurs qui donnera l'état de l'art du domaine.

Les sujets exposés et discutés porteront sur les sources supercontinuum, l'optique non linéaire dans les fibres à cristaux photoniques remplies de gaz, les vagues scélérates optiques, les dynamiques soliton dans les microrésonateurs optiques, et le contrôle topographique de la propagation non linéaire dans les fibres optiques ...

Philip Russell (Erlangen) inventeur de la fibre à cristaux photoniques et nouveau président de l'OSA sera le keynote speaker.
