Joint laboratories CNRS-Companies 2021

FEMTO-ST and AUREA Technology honored at the LAB COM CNRS event in Paris on November 29 and 30

On the occasion of the creation of its 200th joint laboratory, the CNRS organizes the LABCOM event to discover the results of research conducted jointly by teams of scientists and engineers from units under the CNRS supervision and companies.

The joint laboratories, which bring together major groups, ETIs, SMEs and start-ups, and rely on flexible collaboration structures, conduct ambitious research to position themselves on major issues and imagine the industry of the future: sustainable development, the industry of the future, mobility, health, or the exploration of new technological frontiers.

The LABCOM launch event, in the presence of Mrs. Frédérique Vidal - Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, will be an opportunity to celebrate the 200th joint laboratory and will take place at the end of the day on November 29 (Palais Brongniart – Paris).

On November 30, 2021, 15 joint CNRS-company laboratories will be present at the LABCOM showroom (Palais Brongniart - Paris 2nd), including FEMTO-ST / Auréa Technologies in the "new technological frontiers" category. Each team will present the mutual contribution of their collaboration in the framework of their partnership.

On this occasion, FEMTO-ST and AUREA Technology  will present the technologies developed in the framework of their joint activity, which focuses on developing innovative applications using the quantum properties of light in fields ranging from telecoms to medical applications and space.
